The customer is solely responsible for assessing whether the vehicle can carry a certain number of passengers and their luggage.
At Dalaman Airport, we provide a 24-hour meet and greet service with no additional charge for late arrivals.
After collecting your luggage, simply exit the terminal where our representative will be waiting for you, holding a sign clearly displaying your name. Your rental car will be ready for you in the airport car park.
Include your flight numbers to help us track the actual flight landing time and ensure your vehicle is ready on time, as flights often land earlier than expected.
Do not provide the time you expect to exit the terminal; we can estimate this based on flight traffic and experience.
For your departure, provide the departure time of your return flight, not the time you will return the vehicle.
This information helps us plan cleaning and servicing of the vehicle for the next customer.
Minimum driver age: 22 years for cars, 25 years for jeeps and minibuses. Age limits are displayed on the vehicle details page.
Maximum driver age: 75 years.
Additional drivers must be registered at the start of the rental. You may also add an additional driver at the time of vehicle delivery.
The rental agreement includes 1 main driver free of charge.
Each additional driver will be charged a flat fee of £31, regardless of the rental duration.
Most passengers arrive at the International Terminal. However:
If arriving from within Turkey, you may come through the Domestic Terminal.
If arriving from another country and clearing Customs and Immigration in Istanbul, you may also arrive at the Domestic Terminal.
If transiting through Istanbul without immigration, you will likely arrive at the International Terminal.
Because the two terminals are far apart with separate car parks, please tick the relevant box only if you want us to meet you at the Domestic Terminal.
We also suggest keeping your mobile phone on upon arrival in case you cannot immediately locate us, ensuring your vehicle is ready at the right place and time.
Cash can be in Sterling,Turkish Liras, Euro, or US Dollars.
Credit card payments will be charged in your own currency (as shown on your voucher), not in Turkish Lira.
Payments in Turkish Lira are also possible (at the daily exchange rate), but we do not recommend exchanging money at the airport due to poor rates.
To avoid exchange rate fluctuations, cash payment is recommended.
If cancelled within this period, a 2-day rental fee will be charged.
This also applies to returning customers, who form the majority of our business.
However, the earlier you book, the better the deal you will get.
Current prices are excellent value and will likely increase as the rental date approaches, similar to airline pricing.
All our vehicles are brand-new and equipped with the latest technology. You can easily connect your smartphone to the multimedia system using Android Auto or Apple CarPlay — all at no extra cost when making your reservation.
Clients are responsible for returning the vehicle with the same fuel level as received. Unused fuel is non-refundable.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided, a charge equal to the value of the missing fuel will be applied.
Clients may request a pre-paid full tank at the time of booking, payable on collection. In this case, the vehicle must be returned empty; otherwise, no refund is given for unused fuel.

These seats have a standard “one size fits all” design and are suitable for children up to 16 kg.
If you have any concerns, we recommend bringing your own child seat.
Child seats are charged at £3.0 per day.
HTW Insurance (Optional): All local taxes, insurance, and delivery charges are included. Windscreen, headlights, and tyre damage are not covered by Turkish insurance. Optional cover costs £13/day for cars and £13/day for SUVs, luxury cars, and minibuses.
FDW (Full Damage Waiver) – No Excess: No excess will be charged if the terms on our website and rental agreement are followed.

Contact the police and obtain a written report, even for minor damage.
Do not move the vehicle until the Traffic Police or Gendarmerie arrive.
Make a damage report with our representative when returning the car.
In case of accident/damage:
Theft Insurance (Vehicle Theft Waiver) – No Excess: Reduces renter’s liability for theft. If the renter is negligent (e.g., leaving keys in a vulnerable location), full cost may apply.
Exceptions to all-inclusive insurance: Antenna, door lock, key loss/damage, wipers, glass, mirrors, wheels, tyres, interior, spare key/jack, hubcap, lights, fuel cap, warning triangles, upholstery, roof, roof rack damage, extreme dirt, undercarriage damage, personal belongings, negligence, tyre punctures, fuel errors, child/baby seat damage, flat battery, lost documents, lost license plate.
Towing costs and damages from negligence are not covered.
Damage caused by drunk or reckless driving is always the renter’s responsibility.
Some fines may be paid on the spot, while others are sent by post.
In cases where fines are issued after the renter has left the country, the amount will be charged to your credit card and you will be notified by email.
