Rental Terms & Conditions

LICENSE & AGE

Anyone aged 22 or older with a valid driving license can rent a car. Every driver must hold a full and valid license. Expired licenses will not be accepted.

RENTAL DURATION

The minimum rental period is 1 day. Hourly or half-day rentals will also be charged as one full day.

PAYMENT

The total rental cost must be paid in advance, either in cash or by credit card. For late returns (over 3 hours), an additional one-day fee will apply. In addition, a valid credit card is required for the security deposit, and the deposit amount is determined according to the selected vehicle class.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

The rental price includes:

• Vehicle maintenance

• Engine oil

• Mandatory traffic insurance

• Automobile insurance

DELIVERIES & COLLECTIONS

There are no additional fees for deliveries or collections from airports and Dalaman City Center for rentals of 3 days or more. For specific addresses, please contact us directly.

INSURANCE

The cost of standard insurance is included in the price. However, insurance will be considered invalid if the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In the event of an accident, the vehicle must not be moved until the authorized officials document the incident.

Not covered by insurance: tire, window, and light damages.

This liability can be removed by purchasing additional coverage at €7.00 per day.

FINES

All traffic fines and penalties are the responsibility of the renter. The renter must pay any fines issued during the rental period. If the car is held by public or local authorities, or if the return is delayed for this reason, the renter will be charged for the extra time under the current rental agreement.
