IN TURKEY ONLY

Our cars may not be taken outside the borders of Turkey.

CAR HIRE RATES INCLUDE

• Full 24-hour rental period

• 300 km mileage allowance (There may be differences in some cases.)

• Oil and lubrication

• Safety belts in all vehicles

• Replacement vehicle in case of mechanical breakdown

CAR HIRE PAYMENTS

Payment must be made at the time of vehicle delivery. If you wish to pay by credit card, payments should be made through our secure online system.

DRIVER’S LICENSE AND AGE REQUIREMENTS (TURKEY)

All international and national driver’s licenses are accepted. Renters must present a valid license in order to hire a car in Turkey. The minimum rental age is 22.

ACCIDENTS AND REFUNDS

If the renter is found to be at fault in an accident, no replacement vehicle and no refund will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Caretta Car Rental applies a 50% cancellation fee for bookings canceled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

You can cancel your reservations free of charge up to 7 days from the start date. For cancellations made for less than 7 days, a 2-day rental fee will be charged.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

An extra charge applies for each additional driver.

BABY SEAT

We have a limited number of baby seats available. Please request a baby seat at the time of booking.
